Yes i know if i click on "Inbox" and process my tasks, and press cmd+k it will clear everything. But on the Quick Entry screen, it still shows a 312 inbox items.. even though its at zero. Anyone know a fix for this ?

You probably have 312 tasks in your Inbox which you completed without assigning them to a project. Set the view bar to show completed actions, select them, and delete them.
