Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) templates? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Can anyone recommend a place to find Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) templates? I've seen some in Microsoft Project, but was wondering if there were a similar resource for OP. I am specifically looking for a WBS for federal grants, specifically DOD grants. Any ideas?

For those not familiar with the terminology, a WBS is just a comprehensive list of tasks in the project, often organized by milestone or function. It's probably easier to compose in OmniOutliner than OmniPlan.

What makes you say that? About the only difference I see in the outlining support between the two is that OmniOutliner can be told to automatically sort, whereas OmniPlan only sorts on command. I suppose if you need a multiple-column document as a compositional aid for a single-column document, OmniOutliner would be clearly superior, but if not that, what am I missing?
