If I use archive I must define a date.
Example:
Today I would use archive date before 01. Jan. 2010.
I think OF will create one archived database.

Question 1
If I use this workflow some weeks or month later and I use a date before 01. Jan. 2010 what happens ?

Question 2
Did I know which archive date I use first when I use this workflow in the future?

There's no need to remember the dates you've used. When you enter a date, it tells you how many things will be archived before it does anything. If it tells you no items will be archived, pick a more recent date...
