Is it possible to enter a todo task into Omni Focus with a Date and Time set as a reminder? I'm looking for an organizer that can remind me on a curtain date and time. Is this possible?

You can enter start and due dates and times, yes, but unfortunately on the iPhone you don't get reminders. I think push notifications are coming, but have no idea how or even if those'll solve the problem.
