I would think that most people copy text into Omni Outliner from a variety of sources and would prefer to paste just the text without any attached styling from the source document.
The default '⌘ V' command in the latest version of Outliner (10.3.5) has style information attached to it. In order to paste text without styling we have to use the '⌥ ⇧ ⌘ V' command.
It would be nice if this would be reversed so that the shortcut to the 'Paste With Current Style' command would be mapped to '⌘ V' and if we occasionally need to copy rich text we would use the '⌥ ⇧ ⌘ V' command.
What say you?
