I am not so great at estimating how long a given task with take so I'm trying to use OO4 in a very basic way to improve that skill.

Say I have a list of daily repeating tasks. Is there any way to format a column such that each cell would be a number of minutes and the summary, a total from the child cells, would be expressed as hours:minutes. Just to be clear- a total of 189 in the child cells, for example, would be expressed as "3:09?"

Create your column and choose "Duration" as the column type, and "Total" as the summary type.

One caveat: if the total is 3 hours, 30 minutes, it won't appear as 3:30. It'll appear as 3.5 hrs.
