Multi-language approach Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hi,

Generally, I create my posters in 2 languages - German and English.

Lets say I use an rectangle, double click inside and add some text in German. Then I add this rectangle to the layer "german". Then I repeat the process, and add the same text in English and add it to the layer called "english". Making the appropriate layer visible, lets me change the language of the content.

Is there a way to do this without reproducing the entire element - the rectangle - and just add the text to a different layer? I would like to "assemble" elements of text field and the object to make this possible.

Thanks in advance
Christian
