hitting return with a folder selected... Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Should make a new project IN THAT FOLDER.

Not outside it.

I think.
 
Yeah, I think the return key functionality feels inconsistent. Return on a Project creates a new task in that project, return on any folder makes a top level project. I'm guessing that this isn't the intended permanent behavior so I haven't mentioned it, but I agree with the seebs.
 
I'm also finding some odd behaviour with the return key. I'm just adding some tasks to a project and after assigning a context pressing return is not creating a new task. It doesn't actually appear to do anything. Surely it should create a new task?
 
Known bug. Work around: hit escape to finish editing and then return to create the next task.
