Alessandro, we try to spend as much time on the forums as we can, but we can't promise that we'll always be able to respond. If you email the support ninjas, though, you will always get a timely response to your question.

The calendar sync doesn't create all-day items. What it does is create an event a few minutes before the due dates on your actions; that's meant to remind you of the deadline you added to the action.
