How to connect tasks so a prerequisite task/group is scheduled "Finish/Start" as LATE as possible?

I tried using lead times as a workaround, but those don't seem to be working reliably either.

Are these options upcoming? Or is there a concept I don't understand?

Thanks -- OmniPlan looks quite promising.
