Set Action B's Start Date to Action A's Completion Date Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
While I realize that OF is based largely on GTD - and I've read many purists posts in these forums regarding the "Next Action" approach - it would be great if we could create completion driven dependencies where the Start Date for Action B could be a pointer to the Completion Date of Action A. I'm thinking of situations where actions have dependencies both across projects AND across contexts. I'm looking for an automatic way to trigger the availability/visibility of an action or project in such a situation. Does this make sense?

Not currently supported, but I'm pretty sure that there's something open on this in the development database. Email the support ninjas and they can attach your email to that item, letting the team know this is something you'd also like to see added.
