Is there a way of using an image as a canvas background such that it is a full-screen background (without white margins) and such that it does not cause the canvas to expand? At the moment only colors seem to work this way.

Is there a way of using an image as a canvas background such that it is a full-screen background (without white margins) and such that it does not cause the canvas to expand? At the moment only colors seem to work this way.
