Is there a way to create "cehvrons" and "process" kind of diagrams in Graffle. I don't mean by using individual shapes, but rather in an automated way. Thanks

If you're using OGP you can open the utilities drawer on the upper left hand side of the canvas. From there choose Outline and then start to type your processes. Select the boxes option down at the bottom. After you're done, you can change shapes to reflect the processes.

thanks a lot. Now i'm just not clear about how to add additional types of shapes for the steps in the process....is there an add-in to be used or a manual way of changing it?
again, thanks for your help
