Creating a dated OF action with links to DevonThink record(s) Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Devonthink includes a bundled script which will create a dated OmniFocus reminder containing a link to the file/record currently selected in DT.

I am experimenting with an early draft of a variant which differs from the bundled script in four respects:
  1. The due date can be specified with a range of relative or absolute date expressions (from today +7d etc to a short absolute date string)
  2. The action text defaults to "Reminder: " + the names of the selected files, but can be edited before the reminder is created.
  3. The links in the OF note are displayed in human-readable form (DT record names) rather than as raw UUID links
  4. More than one file can be selected and linked to from the OF action that is created.

Not extensively tested, so usual precautions apply: back up your data before experimenting.
