All Actions Show when Due Date is Set? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Prev Previous Post   Next Post Next
I have a project that is due tomorrow. It has about 10 children and 25 grandchildren. Since it is due tomorrow and I have "due soon" set to 24 hours, I now have all 35 actions in my context view for this one project. This is a sequential project, and even with the next action filter set, all 35 actions still show in the context view.

How can I set this up so that only one action from the project shows in the context list when the project becomes due? I realize they are all due, but having all the tasks show in the the context view is not helpful when they have to be done in a certain order.

Any workarounds or am I doing something wrong?
