Are the release notes for each beta version available on the forums or else where online (besides in the dmg)?

I often check before upgrading as well, by using "Check for Updates" in the OF main menu. That will pop up a window with the same list of most recent changes. Then I can decide.
Obviously that doesn't help you now while you're away from OF though.
