I'm trying to figure out how to reset the Context options that I currently seem to still be holding from way back in the day. Does anyone know how to rest OmniFocus to delete any custom Context options and revert to just the standards?

If you have contexts you don't want any longer, simply delete them. Go to context mode, bring up the view bar, set the sidebar filter to All Contexts, and click to select an unwanted context, then use the Delete key or the - button at the bottom of the sidebar or Edit->Delete to remove the unwanted context.
The list of contexts provided by the default document (which is found in Contents/Resources/<language>.lproj/Default.ofocus inside the OmniFocus.app bundle) is as follows:
