I'm entering info into my new OmniFocus database by cutting and pasting text from various sources. Now, the Action names and Notes text are all different fonts, sizes, colors, etc. It's nice that it can preserve text format, but is there an easy way to standardize all of them without having to select one by one and change it - how do I get everything to look the same?
