This may or may not help but try to flush out your Cache prior to refreshing / loading the page again. FWIW, I added Troy's item to the ad blocking panel and Lifehacker loads fine with OW 5.7

Another week, another reconstruction at Gawker.
As usual, the only one of their sites at which I am looking is Fleshbot. I have supplemented the existing allowed URLs list... gawker\.com.*style gawker\.com.*/css/ with these URL patterns... fleshbot\.com.*style fleshbot\.com.*/css/ -- lho
