actually, you can just change the extension from .tiff to .icns and you're done.
That said, I don't think Hicks' icons fit in the Leopard GUI that much, too glossy. But hey... still better then the default ones hands down ;)
Mr. Hicks has done an icon set for Camino that could work quite well on Omniweb, you have to change every single icon's name but the result is good...
[don't mind the icons on the right, they've been cannibalized form other apps - Shiira and NetNewsWire, I confess]

Still, Omniweb desperately needs an icon designer, it's a shame that such a beautifully working browser has such an obsolete GUI, really.
