Can I Use OmniGraphSketcher to Create a BCG Matrix? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I'd like to create a graph/matrix, which includes not only positional information (x,y axis), but also shows relative size. Ideally, it would be a BCG matrix much like Hans Rosling uses on www.gapminder.org.

Is it possible to simply create this in OmniGraphSketcher?

Unfortunately it's not currently possible to map point size to a third column of data in OmniGraphSketcher. We've had some other requests for this, though, and I'll add your note to the entry in our development database.

The only way to do this currently would be to go through and manually assign a point's diameter based on your data.

Dave,

Thanks so much for the quick reply! Take care.
