is there a way to create a Moleskine-template in OmniOutliner? What I'd like to do is create a fixed layout, so I can print, cut and paste that page in my Moleskine notebook?

sounds interresting. Wouldn't you be able to do this via the "paper handling" settings in the print dialog? (just set the appropriate paper size)
forgotten about this - sorry.
It does indeed work. Just make a paper-size preset and use that to print your document, works great! If you use this printer, you don't need any ink, and you cann use the paper again and again: zink
