I have had this issue for some time (running 5.01 pro now).

Basically, there is a false sense of alignment (or mis-aligment) when zooming in and out and is very annoying. Also, some elements take on a weird shape unless moved a pixel and then zoomed in. I have posted screencast videos below. It should be pretty obvious what I am talking about (sorry about the watermark). I think I have seen issues like this going back to version 3, but figured by now it should be fixed.
