Hi Smithcraft, sorry we moved this. The reason is that text areas no longer have a scroll bar area displayed when it isn't needed. This comes in part due to the new form widgets we're using. It also frees up some visual clutter and makes the form elements look a little cleaner.
I know that this makes it harder to zoom the window though. To help offset this we added a keyboard shortcut for the zoomed editor (Command-Option-E) and added context and edit menu items.
