I'm trying to record audio and it shows levels when recording but when I try to play it back, there's no audio. It'll just pop.
Any idea what's going on? Yes, the speaker's are on. thanks

Does it sound massively distorted perhaps? I'd check the recording settings in the prefs (OmniOutliner menu -> Preferences -> Sound Capture tab). Try changing the compression and see if that makes any difference. If that doesn't help, try recording audio with another app if you have one, QuickTime can do it if you have OS X 10.6. Would also be good to try recording audio in OmniOutliner with a different input source if you have one. Let me know how it goes and then we can figure out what to do next.
