This is a minor bug at best, but

* on occasion--not constantly,
* mostly on pages at gawker.com,

the 'page up' and 'page down' keys become disabled, i.e. pressing them have no effect even though there is scroll room.

I have tried to set up a reproducible procedure to get this to happen, so far to no avail.

Make sure the web page has "focus" first. Could be it.
