Is it possible in any version of OmniFocus - particularly the iPad version - to construct a Perspective that shows me only those tasks that I have marked as completed today?

This would be very helpful for my end of day review, but I can't figure out a way to make it happen.

It's possible to construct such a perspective on the Mac which will sync over to the iPad. You make a context mode view, grouped by completion date and sorted by completion date.

If you don't have a copy of the Mac app, you can have the Omni support ninjas help construct one for you.

In case anyone else looks here in future, there was one more thing I had to do, and that was to turn on "Completion Date" under the Columns command in the View menu.

If you did group as suggested, the extra column isn't necessary. It is crucial that you set the Availability Filter to either Completed actions or All actions, however, and I wasn't explicit about that. On the Mac, having the completion date column visible will make it easier to spot a particular range of actions, of course. As the iOS apps don't do grouping in the same way (you always group by individual days) and don't have a completion date column, it is irrelevant there.

In your Post 2 above, you suggested "grouped by completion date and sorted by completion date".

"Completion Date" is not an option for Grouping or Sorting. I was able to choose "Completed" for each, and then add the completion date column. I couldn't find any other reference to completion date anywhere. Perhaps I overlooked something.

Yes, "Completed" is what it says in the user interface element when it is using the completion date for grouping or sorting.
