I attended David Allen's GTD|Roadmap seminar in Atlanta and have joined the GTD|Connect online community and I can tell you that David Allen will not give you a definite way of using GTD with a tool. You can find many examples of people using paper or technology online and everyone has different needs. He wants you to find the way you are comfortable with and that will help you implement GTD in your life.

I do remember him saying that he didn't like one software product over another because none of them implemented GTD like he would like.

Go to some other GTD sites like www.43folders.com and www.davidallenco.com and see how others are implementing their system.

Me too. It has most of the features I want in a task management application, and it works well with GTD principles, but the interface kept hindering me from using it to its full potential.

The wiki doesn't allow .pdf file types?

I don't know, but Scot would.

Edit: I changed your pdf to a png and added it to the wiki. I hope other people will add things as well. This really could be a great resource.
