One way to get around this at the moment is to make your Mac Maintainece a folder and have the repeating and 'when you get around to them' actions in seperate projects.
It drives me batty that actions without projects are never Next Actions. To see them, they are available, but not "next" but viewing available actions fills my screen with other fluff that I don't want to see at the moment.
