Google+ browser blacklisting Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
So, the enlightened overlords at Google have whitelisted only 4 browsers: Chrome (of course), Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari for Google+.

What's the best workaround here? I'd rather not just change my browser string to Safari (for a variety of reasons not the least of which is to advertise for OmniWeb as much as I can). Can I add some sort of specific exception for plus.google.com (and me.com . . .)?

Nevermind, I've figured it out. For anybody wondering just hit Cmd-i:

Facebook looks like they screwed up their site too with a second feed running down the right hand side. It's completely jacked in OmniWeb. :(

Welcome to 2011.

Personally, I'd say (y)our best solution is to switch to Scroogle SSL. Scroogle is already scrooing the overlords and works beautifully.
