Forgive me if I don't understand the distinctions between folders, groups, and projects; I'm a newb trying to learn my way around...
I've been setting up folders and projects and now feel like I have too many because the project pull-down menus are getting long. So I'd like to "demote" some projects but not turn them into actions (I don't want it to have a checkbox). What I've observed is that if something does not have a checkbox, then it necessarily appears in the project list and, consequently the project pull-down. Is that correct?
