Might there ever be a way to view, expand and collapse, multiple outlines in some Navigator or Manager, much as the Utility Drawer functions for a single outline?

Might there ever be a way to view, expand and collapse, multiple outlines in some Navigator or Manager, much as the Utility Drawer functions for a single outline?
