Is there a report or place I can view the utilization of my resources over a period of time? I can see when some % of work is scheduled on the resource display, but I can't see the total hours scheduled for the individual by week. I need this information to ensure that I am optimizing my resources as close to their allocation of hours as possible.

This isn't available in OmniPlan. We have a feature request for this in our database so I'll go ahead and add another vote to it for you.

You could bring up the Resource Allocations graph by going to "View" --> "Show Resource Allocations" in the Resource View. This isn't an exact/detailed way to view your resource utilization, but it will show a green bar when your resource is being used 100% of the time and a blue bar when it's being used less than 100%.
