Is there any way to not only sync my tasks but also my OmniFocus configuration, for example my perspectives?

Perspectives sync automatically, though project based perspectives are not supported on the iOS versions of OmniFocus.
In general, most settings you would want applied to each device using OmniFocus do sync, and those you might want to customize differently do not.
