I've set up my Omni Sync account in Omniplan and tested it, which works fine. But when I try to publish a file, I get the error:

An error occurred while publishing.

The server account for this action hasn't been validated. Test the account in the accounts preferences to verify that it is set up correctly.

I can't understand why this doesn't work.

Yeah, I just ran into the same thing. Go in and setup the account, and test it. Once you are done you have to go back to the first open window and make sure the you select the appropriate "Server Account" from the drop down. It doesn't automatically do it for you after you have verified the account. Hope thathelps
