Deleting unwanted Contexts, Planning Mode Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
How do I delete permanently an unwanted context which is in the dropdown in the 'Context' column in Planning Mode: I have duplicates?

Secondly: I have Contexts in that dropdown which are not in my Context list. How can I put that right?

Thanks!

Mark, contexts only appear in that pop-up if they appear in your database, so they're there; they're just not visible with whatever filter options you have active.

You'll want to switch to context view, show the view bar, and set the leftmost control to "all contexts". At that point, you can select items in the left column and hit the delete key to remove 'em completely from your database.

Brian,

Thanks; got it; did it; works :-)

Love OF!
