I seem to be having problems with Full Screen mode in Lion (OSX 10.7.5)

I am using Omnifocus in Full Screen mode, but when I mark an item as complete either with the spacebar or with the mouse, the app pops out of Full Screen Mode..!

Is anyone else experiencing this ?
