Here is the bug description.
1. Open any OmniPlan document.
2. Open OmniPlan Help so that it covers part of the document window.
3. Put the cursor over any Help topic.

Actual result: help tag describing the task is visible above Help window.

Expected result: help tag should not be visible above the Help window.

Omniplan version: 2.0.1
Mac OS X version: 10.6.8

Hey endorphinity! I can definitely duplicate what you're seeing — I think it might be inherent to the Help Viewer, though, as I'm also able to duplicate it in, say, Safari.

I'll still pass it along, though!
