This blog post may interest you, wherein I visualize my OmniFocus todo list as a treemap (a 2d layout that is good for getting an overview; example attached). I've submitted the feature request already, but would welcome any feedback on how the idea can be further improved.

Interesting idea - thanks! One of the support ninjas just mentioned that he wrote up your feature request on this. Other folks that are interested should send email, as well. (Requests with more customer interest tend to get assigned higher priority.)
