Just installed Graffle 5.1.1 and the zoom shortcut has changed from alt+command+= to shift + alt + command+=, is there anyway revert back to original shortcuts?

You can change the keyboard shortcut for this in System Preferences --> Keyboard & Mouse -->Keyboard Shortcuts.
We had to change the combo as Option-Command-= is now used by Apple for the Universal Access zoom in if you have an aluminum keyboard.
