I'm having the same trouble. Autofill never seems to want to...well, automatically fill. I tried the crucial site posted and nothing happens when I click the autofill button. Similarly, no autocomplete. I've checked the autofill synonyms, and at least a few match, so I'd assume they should be filled in.
Does this feature work for anyone else?
