Indicate which encoding is in use Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes

OW doesn't check/tick the encoding being used by the current page. i.e., if I open the Encoding sub-menu or click on the Encoding toolbar tool, I have no way of knowing which encoding OW is using.

please add a checkmark or tick so that we can know instantly which encoding is being used.

I ask this in part because the View Source function frequently uses the wrong encoding; i.e., it ignores the encoding specified in the header of the page. I usually open Encoding to see which encoding it's using but none of the encodings are checked and...
