How do I split up text so that it appears in two sections, one following the other.

For example, this sentence contains two thoughts: I own omnioutliner. It is great and it is hard to learn--even for an intermediate computer user.

I'd like that sentence (above) to look something like this in my outline.

I own omnioutliner.
  • It is great and
  • it is hard to learn--even for an intermediate computer user.

How do I accomplish this--other than cutting and pasting--if the original though is all in one line? Thanks for any help.
