Unable to synchronize database with server Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Just purchased the Mac App. Installed on my iMac running Snow Leopard. Must have done a trial a couple years a go since there were already folders, projects, tasks.

Signed up with Omni Group for syncing. Followed instructions, but keep getting error "Unable to synchronize database with server."

Any thoughts?

Hard to tell what might be going on from your description. Easiest route is probably to call up Omni's support ninjas, whose excellent services you've already paid for by buying the product. 800-315-OMNI, or +1-206-523-4152.
