Maybe it's just my install .. but it seems to totally break perspectives for now .
they don't work choosing them from menu or toolbar buttons ? Nothing changes unless it's set to switch to a different mode . Open in new window settting , doesn't open in new window .

OK; this should be fixed in 95717. Sorry for the trouble (and thanks for the quick find!)
