Actions in the inbox without a context or project disappear once marked completed - they don't even show up when the preference to see completed actions is checked - they are also deleted from the desktop version once synced.

This happened with a very important note - and the completed check box was checked by only by accident.

The actions have almost certainly not been deleted, merely hidden from your view. Check your settings for where actions with only a context or a project are filed, then look there, showing completed actions.

Thanks - I see that actions without a context and project get filed under the 'miscellaneous' single action list - and that is exactly where they are.
