I can't figure out why this action that is "Due Soon" is not showing up when filtering by "Available" actions.

I can't figure out why this action that is "Due Soon" is not showing up when filtering by "Available" actions.

Your project is set to complete items in sequential order, one right after the other.
Click on the arrow in the project so it is double arrows. The action is not available yet because you have to complete other actions before that action. The confusing part for you is probably the orange 1 that the item is due soon but not showing up as available.
