My iPhone is syncing with my WebDAV-Server, but has no contexts, no projects and no items available afterwards. Instead it's either empty or asking for a sync setup/default database. Although it had been sporadic working long time ago, it's like that since months. Now I want to use it finally. Any fixes?

I'm sorry for the trouble this is causing! If the iPhone app is asking if you want to set up a new database after you sync, something out of the ordinary is going on here, but I'm not sure exactly what it is.
You'll want to email the support ninjas so they look into this with you and get it sorted out.
