Tried to search through the forum and unfortunately couldn't find an answer.

I just started using the app and can not find solution for a complet noobie problem - after exporting project to HTML I am loosing all layers.

Is there an easy fix to that?

I'm afraid that it's not possible at the moment to preserve layers when exporting to HTML, the current HTML export in OmniGraffle is just to do so to a simple imagemap.
