Hi I am trialing Omniplan at the moment and am trying to work out print options. We are wanting to show a client the Gantt chart but we don't want them to see the resources assigned to each project, is it possible to take them out? Essentially hide the text that appears next to the coloured bars.

Sure, not a problem. Go to the View->View Options menu, where you can configure what information is shown in both the outline and the Gantt chart. Just turn off the resource assignment display before printing, as shown here:



Unfortunately, the presets mechanism supplied for the outline view at lower left (in the View Options window) don't have a corresponding mechanism for the Gantt chart, which seems like an obvious addition for a case such as yours. Use Help->Send Feedback to request it (or any other enhancement).
